Relationships can be tricky, everyone seems to be searching for their soulmates or twin flame, no matter what title you want to give your relationship or significant other, if you want a healthy, fulfilling relationship you must first work on yourself. Relationships can bring both the worst and best out of yourself and each other, ultimately relationships can be an opportunity to look at yourself in the mirror and see what struggles may need some tending to, not with your partner, but with yourself. When relationships start to feel unhealthy or toxic, it is also an opportunity for growth, an opportunity to strengthen your confidence and stay strong individually and patiently while still offering a helping hand to your loved one when they are ready for growth themselves while still staying strong enough not to let them pull you down with them.
