On this episode I welcome back my dear friend and soul sister, Cassidy Green. Cassidy is a professional hypnotist who guided me through a quantum hypnosis session, this session was specifically designed for me and to help me heal and work through my struggles with eating. I was delighted to get to meet one of my higher guides as well as my higher self through this specific quantum hypnosis session… I learned that my higher self’s name is Goddess Queen!!!
